We close off the work area with plastic sheeting and run HEPA air filtration, so spores stay inside the work zone. Remove and clean. Moldy drywall and other porous materials come out. Hard surfaces are cleaned and HEPA vacuumed. Dry and verify. We dry the area and check it with a meter before the wall is closed. EPA advises keeping indoor humidity below 60%.
